Abstract

This article presents research that aimed to discuss contributions of exploratory activities using in a integrated way Augmented Reality in the GeoGebra software for learning Spatial Geometry in High School. The qualitative methodology included field research was carried out with students enrolled in the 2nd year of High School at Federal Institute of Minas Gerais - Campus Ouro Preto, based on the elaboration, development and evaluation of exploratory activities related to geometric solids using Augmented Reality in the GeoGebra 3D software, through students’ smartphones. The conclusions of research indicate that the main contributions were: visualization in the creation and development of ideas, concepts and properties of geometric solids; enhancing mobile learning through the use of technological resources and mobile devices; and the construction of a new perspective of the students towards the possibilities of using Digital Technologies in learning Mathematics.
