COLLABORATIVE WORK IN THE CREATIVE ACTIONS OF LICENSE STUDENTS WHEN DEALING WITH MODELING ACTIVITIES

This article discusses the creative actions of Mathematics undergraduates when dealing with Modeling activities in the context of a Mathematical Modeling discipline at a public university in western Paraná. For the analyses, recordings of classes were used, which occurred remotely due to the pandemic moment in which the data were produced, and the moments when the groups met to deal with the activities. Among the results of the research, in this article, we focus on the category “Creative actions are constituted collaboratively by the students”, which shows that the characteristic, sometimes cooperative, sometimes collaborative, of the Modeling activities, contributes to that the creative actions are constituted in a collaborative way by the students, with the mediation of the teacher and, also, that the space for dialogicity and freedom, in this environment, strengthens the constitution of creative actions.
