Abstract

This study addresses the topic of organizational climate, contextualizing the issue of employee performance and well-being in the organizational environment. The main objective was to investigate the influence of organizational climate on employees’ performance and well-being. The study is justified by the importance of employees within organizations, as factors such as satisfaction, motivation, and behavior are directly affected by the organizational climate. The methodology consisted of a literature review, in which concepts and theories related to the influence of organizational climate on employee performance were analyzed. As a result, ten articles were examined, selected from the CAPES Portal and Google Scholar using the keywords “organizational climate,” “well-being in the workplace,” and “influence of organizational climate.” The findings indicate that organizational climate has a direct and significant impact on productivity, motivation, and employee well-being. The role of leadership is also highlighted, as leaders can positively influence employees. Furthermore, effective management of organizational climate, particularly through regular internal surveys, contributes to a more balanced work environment and to the sustainable success of organizations.
