Abstract

The present study aims to understand the relationship between the conception of humanized management and respect for life in the corporate environment. This is qualitative research, of the phenomenological-hermeneutic type, developed from a bibliographical investigation, based on secondary sources. Regarding the data collection plan, data from the Google Scholar, Scielo and Web of Science databases were used, from 2016 to 2022. As a result obtained, from the bibliographical investigation, it can be pointed out that the management concept humanized approach allows four essential developments, towards respect for life in organizations, in the context of the relationship between human beings and work: the possibility of a political-pedagogical proposal aimed at dialogue in organizations, which will lead to the possibility of building of collective-oriented organizational objectives, in the establishment of a humanistic ethos for organizational leaders, which tends to lead to a practical-epistemological flattening of studies in the field of organizational management.
