The present work has as its main proposal to think about contributions of art to the organizational comprehension, transforming as human perspective, in a third optic, that is, considering not only a reason and / or an experience. The theoretical basis used in this study was made as a reference to the studies of Fundação Dom Cabral, represented here by Professor Ricardo Augusto. Therefore, observe the evolution of the concept of leadership, requiring professionals with the ability to deal with situations that can generate creativity and continuous learning. To achieve the objectives proposed in this study, use exploratory qualitative research and a content analysis based on Bardin. The research results revealed a distortion in the interviewed managers’ understanding about the role of art in this scenario, correctly revealing the difficulty of grafting the insertion of art in this context. Therefore, conclude that the challenge is a new approach to career development and business, not only to address the existing prejudices about art and creativity, but also to redesign these concepts.
