Abstract

Human development scientists seek to investigate the processes of change and stability that human beings experiencie during life, and in order to create parameter of ‘’normality’’, the establish standards, according to the period of life. It is possible to state that during the experience of life, most of human beings come into contact with some type of art, or even elaborate it, this evidenced since the prehistoric period. Therefore, we sought to investigate trough a bibliographical review, with a qualitative approach on the results, to analyze which infljuence of art on the humans, and his influences in the processes of human development. The main results were the stimulation of cognitive functions, higher psychological functions, contributions in educational contexts, public health, and contributions of subjetctive well-being.
