Abstract

The article aims to theoretically analyze the thought of S. Boaventura, seeking to update it for education and human development. It emphasizes the spirituality of Francis of Assisi, whose philosophy reveals the human being’s journey in the pursuit of the integrality of being. It brings the inspirations of the sciences to guide knowledge and behaviors across various fields. The article examines human affinity and the respect for oneself and others in their diversities, sensitizing them to the spiritual and recognizing themselves as both part and whole in the journey of life. It proposes a methodological epistemology for teaching and learning through the senses, intelligence, and memory.
