BIOÉTICA BASEADA EM RAZÕES: ALGUNS FUNDAMENTOS
Resumo
Um dos desafios da bioética é a diversidade de princípios morais e de divergências prescritivas resultantes disto. Uma proposta para enfrentar este e outros desafios é a bioética baseada em razões, que pretende combinar o método do equilíbrio reflexivo (de natureza intuicionista) com o método das prescrições universais (de natureza racionalista). Neste artigo, apresento alguns aspectos importantes do desafio e alguns elementos fundamentais relacionados com o segundo método da proposta, o das prescrições universais.
