Management system for logistics companies

Abstract

This article presents the design and development of a web-based system for managing delivery personnel payments in a last-mile logistics company, based on the number of goods delivered within a given period. The need for the system arose from the need to facilitate internal communication among administrative staff and to improve data handling. The FDD methodology was employed alongside the Kanban technique for task management. The project was developed using ASP .Net Core with the Blazor framework, integrated with the Microsoft SQL Server DBMS. By meeting the proposed requirements, the project achieved its goals of improving information flow and structuring the company’s processes.
